About Me
Choosing counselling isn’t about being “broken” or in crisis. It’s about noticing that something in you wants attention. And finding the right person to talk to matters. You deserve a space where you don’t have to perform, hold it together, or pretend you’re fine.
In our work together, we look at what’s really happening beneath the surface, the thoughts, patterns, and reactions that shape your life, sometimes without you noticing. I work with individuals and couples around stress, anxiety, confidence, relationship struggles, and the crossroads moments life throws at us.
My aim isn’t to fix you or hand you neat answers. It’s to sit with you honestly, help you make sense of your experiences, and support you as you start to understand yourself in a clearer, kinder way.
In addition to private practice, I’ve spent time volunteering with counselling agencies and supporting people from many different walks of life. These experiences have deepened my belief that therapy can be a powerful space for healing, self-discovery, and building resilience.
If you’re looking for a warm, non-judgemental counsellor to support you through a difficult time or to help you explore yourself more deeply, I would feel privileged to work with you.

I am a registered and fully verified member of The BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and Psychology Today
I have continued my counselling training to support my clients needs incorporating CBT into my practice. The National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) provides independent, evidence-based guidance for the NHS on the most effective, proven treatments. CBT is recommended in the NICE guidelines for many different problems, including anxiety disorders (including panic attacks), depression, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I offer concessionary rates for NHS staff and emergency services staff.
